This policy explains what NativeReels collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
We collect the account details you provide (name, email), the content you create with NativeReels such as slideshows and brand settings, and the TikTok account information you choose to connect. We also collect basic usage and device data to keep the service running and secure.
We use your information to generate and publish slideshows on your behalf, operate and improve the product, provide support, and send you service-related messages. We do not sell your personal information.
When you connect a TikTok account, we access only what is needed to publish slideshows through TikTok's official API at safe rate limits. You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings, which revokes our access.
We share data only with the service providers that help us run NativeReels (such as hosting and analytics), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, you keep the slideshows we generated, and we delete or anonymize personal data we no longer need within a reasonable period.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time. Reach out and we will action verified requests promptly.
